At Vijsun Capital we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we have a refund policy in place to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience on our platform.

If a borrower is unable to repay their loan on time, we will make every effort to work with them to find a solution that is mutually beneficial. However, if a default on the loan occurs, the lender will be entitled to a refund of their invested funds. In such cases, Vijsun Capital will not be responsible for any additional losses or damages.

If a lender wishes to withdraw their funds before the loan is fully funded or repaid, they may do so, but a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be 10.65% of the invested amount.

In the event that our platform experiences technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances that result in a delay or cancellation of a loan, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide a refund if necessary.

If a customer has any issues or concerns with their experience on our platform, they should contact our customer support team at Supoort@vijsuncapital.com We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide a satisfactory solution.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at any time without notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

For lenders:

• If a borrower defaults on a loan, we will issue a refund of the remaining principal balance to the lender(s) who funded the loan.
• If a loan is not fully funded within the specified time frame, we will issue a refund of any funds that were pledged to the loan.
• If a lender cancels their pledge before the loan is fully funded, we will issue a refund of the pledged funds.

For borrowers:

• If a loan is not fully funded within the specified time frame, we will issue a refund of any fees paid by the borrower.
• If a loan is fully funded but the borrower is unable to provide the required documentation or meet the other loan requirements, we will issue a refund of processing fees paid by the borrower.

Loan Refunds:

If you are a borrower and your loan application is not approved by our lending partners, we will refund the loan Processing fee..

If you are a borrower and your loan is approved but you decide not to proceed with the loan,there is no refund of processing fees.

Investment Refunds:

If you are an investor and you cancel your investment within 3 business days of making it, we will refund your investment in full.

If you are an investor and you cancel your investment after 3 business days of making it, we will refund your investment minus 10.65%  of total amount. 

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@VijsunCapital.com. We will review your request and process your refund within 14 business days.

Please note that this policy is subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund request at our discretion.
